WESTON –JAN. 30, 2017- Steward Medical Group Weston Internal Medicine and Wellness Center has expanded its practice to welcome Jennifer Burzyk, a nurse practitioner, and is now also offering Nutrition, Psychology, Meditation, and Yoga sessions with local experts.

“I am pleased to have Nurse Practitioner Burzyk practicing with me as she will enable SMG Weston Internal Medicine and Wellness Center to enhance our access to area residents by offering appointments during evening hours to accommodate our patients’ various schedules,” said Janine Pardo, MD, medical director of the practice, and a primary care, preventative care and wellness expert.

SMG Weston Internal Medicine and Wellness Center opened at 134 South Avenue, Suite 2, in November of 2015. Dr. Pardo specializes in inherited disease risks and personalized prevention plans, precision medicine, digestive issues, prediabetes management, cardiovascular disease prevention, cancer risk reduction, stress management, sleeping issues, and primary care for breast cancer patients, survivors and those at risk. Her practice also focuses on integrative nutrition, exercise, yoga, meditation, and lifestyle-focused treatment plans. Dr. Pardo also serves as a team physician for the Boston Ballet, the Boston Breakers women’s professional soccer team, and the Boston Cannons men’s professional lacrosse team.

The practice has also partnered with several local health experts to enhance the services it provides to patients.
